How To File a Wyoming Annual Report
The Wyoming Secretary of State advises that all Annual Reports be filed online. At Wyoming Registered Agents, we digitally file all Annual Reports (except for companies that are not allowed to file digitally). Online filings are processed instantly.
Filings can also be mailed to the SOS, although the filing itself must be completed on the SOS website and then printed. A check or money order can be included with the mailed filing.
Annual Report Fee
At Wyoming Registered Agents, we charge only $100 (plus state fees) for our legal experts to prepare and file your Annual Report. Our work is guaranteed to be submitted correctly and on-time.
The Secretary of State levies a $60 state fee for all Annual Reports, called a License Tax Fee. Technically, this fee is $.0002 per dollar of in-state business assets. Only companies with more than $300,000 of in-state assets will pay more than $60.
The SOS online system also charges a convenience fee based upon the amount of your License Tax Fee as follows:
Annual Report License Tax Fee | Online Convenience Fee |
$25 to $100 | $2 |
$101 to $250 | $5 |
$251 to $500 | $8.95 |
Above $500 | Cannot File Online |
Annual Report Deadline
If you hire Wyoming Registered Agents as your Annual Report Compliance Monitor, then you will never need to worry about missing your Annual Report deadline. We monitor deadlines for all our clients and prepare and file Annual Reports well in advance.
LLCs in Wyoming must file an Annual Report on the first day of the anniversary month of formation. If your LLC was formed April 25, your Annual Report deadline would be April 1.
The Secretary of State administratively dissolves all delinquent LLCs within 60 days of failing to file an Annual Report.
